We understand the process of home building can be confusing and we’re here every step of the way. Below explains the stages of construction, which will help keep track of the progress of your new home.
Before We Start
Before we begin building your dream home, a few steps need to happen first. All documentation must be completed and approved. These documents will include contract, floor plans, designs, lot requirements, etc. During this phase, you will have a meeting with our construction and sales team that will go over everything. After this is done, we will submit everything to the city for permitting.
Stages Of Construction

In the foundation stage, the site will be developed through and the markings will be set according to the floor plan. Once plumbing and inspections have been approved. Concrete is then poured to make up the foundation.
After foundation has been poured and inspected, we will then move onto the framing stage. This stage will consist of framing your interior and exterior walls along with the roof
During the roofing stage, the exterior of roof will be installed along with roof deck, shingles, windows and doors.
Lastly, will be the inside work of the house that includes HVAC, electrical, lights, plumbing, speakers, cable, security, and etc.
